“I grow on a crackly dry island in the Stockholm archipelago where it's always windy. Every year I drive up just over six hundred flowers and as many vegetable plants to co-grow them in my vegetable garden. It's not easy but it works, and the result is healthier plants and better soil, less weeds and watering. That it is also more beautiful, I think, goes without saying. Tonight I'll tell you how I do it and why.”

Food writer Lotta Lundgren is mainly known from television shows such as "Historieätarna" and "Landet Brunsås". For the past three years, she has also been studying as a gardener and giving a podcast about growing at the "Jordkommissionen"
