The picture shows the exhibition 3 to 5 with Jenny Nordberg.
“Is it possible to make unique handmade items super fast?” Industrial designer Jenny Nordberg explores how the uniqueness of the handmade and the speed of the mass-produced can be combined.

Jenny Nordberg (b. 1978, based in Malmö) is an industrial designer who works exploratory, experimental and transnational. A key goal for her is to expand the role of the designer to include issues of production, consumption, craftsmanship, and recycling.

In this exhibition, she takes as a starting point how we produce and consume today, how we have done historically and how we could do it in the future. She presents two projects. The first, 3 to 5 Seconds — Rapid Handmade Production, has been running since 2014 and here are shown three brand new parts. Common to all objects in this project is that they can be produced in three to five seconds. The exhibition also premieres 3 to 5 Minutes — Rapid Handmade Furniture, with furniture with a production time of three to five minutes.

Nordberg is on site every Thursday during the exhibition period and produces objects and furniture based on the projects' criteria.
