The picture shows the exhibition Small Town with Pierre Sindre.
Pierre Sindre's design is based on the possibilities and challenges of the material. The works in this exhibition have been inspired by the pulse of the big city and modern architecture with high-rise buildings, road structures and lighting.

The objects on display are both playful and minimalist and work as well as sculptures as furniture. The scrapr is also a cabinet, the sculptural bench Bro and the luminaire E4. The name of the exhibition also shows Sindre's playfulness with its double meaning: on the one hand, the title alludes to Sindre's own upbringing in a small town, and on the other hand, the furniture is like miniatures of the city's architecture. Several of the furniture on display have been manufactured in collaboration with the local producers Blond Belysning, Källemo and SMD Design, with whom Pierre Sindre has worked closely for several years. Some are shown for the first time.

Pierre Sindre (b. 1974) is a furniture and interior designer, trained in interior architecture and furniture design at Konstfack. Sindre has received several awards for his design, including Furniture of the Year by Sköna hem 2015, Outdoor Furniture of the Year Elle Decoration 2018 as well as Residence Award Lauritz Icon of the Year 2018 and Elle Decoration Furniture of the Year 2018.
