In the spring of 2023 Vandalorum and The Hamrin Foundation launched a unique educational programme for Sweden, where art and design students at Swedish higher education institutions cooperate with Småland industry. The program enables interdisciplinary meetings and collaborations. Through critical investigations of material, process and product, the goal is to generate exchanges of perspectives and approaches. The program has its residency at Vandalorum, where each project is presented in an audience exhibition, and is led by artist Oscar Guermouche.

The Arts & Industry program at Vandalorum is run in partnership with and with the support of The Hamrin Foundation, a foundation that creates interdisciplinary projects that move society, academia and business. The Hamrin Foundation invests in research and development projects in areas such as media and important societal issues. The Hamrin Foundation was founded in 1986 in Småland and since 1988 has invested approximately SEK 320 million in research.
